In mid-July we had a visit from Grandma & Grandpa McKinley, Aunt Gwen (Lisa's sister), and cousins Loren & Reagan. We had SOOOO much fun! This first photo is from a local amusement park called Oaks Park.
We spent one morning picking blueberries and enjoyed them all week long!
We were having a heat wave in Oregon that week. And you may remember that we do not have AC. Yikes! We spent one day at Cannon Beach. The girls had never been to the Pacific Ocean before. While it was 100+ at home, it was 81 degrees at the coast. It was the nicest day we've had at the coast since moving to Oregon!
Also during the heat wave, we spent an afternoon ice skating at Lloyd Center. It was the first time for all of the kids to ice skate. They skated for 3+ hours and had a blast!!!
