Recently, our boys decided to open their own restaurant in our house. Because they are big fans of the Red Robin restaurant, they decided to name their restaurant the Blue Robin. Everything on the menu was to be blue in color: blue nuggets, blue hot dogs, and blue berry cobbler. They played pretend restaurant for about a week. Then one night as they were helping me make our dinner they asked if they could turn it into a Blue Robin special. You can see from the photo what happens when you add blue food coloring to my garlic garbanzo & pasta dish. (Yum! :-) The boys are standing next to their restaurant sign & menu.
