Handcrafted in Eugene, Oregon

We just purchased a new road bike for Lisa!

Last fall Troy put a child stoker kit on our tandem so that one of the boys could ride on the back with him. It has been a lot of fun, but it left me without a good bike for longer rides. We have been looking all summer for a good deal on a used road bike. It was worth the wait! Last week we bought a women's specific Burley Sahalie that only had 10 miles on it! I rode it Saturday morning with Troy and the boys and loved it!

By the way, Burley handcrafted steel road bikes in Eugene, Oregon until 2 years ago when the company was purchased by a local businessman and ceased production of bicycles. Now the company focuses on a variety of bike trailers and accessories.

Nice bike! Another friend of ours has a Burley bike that he loves...I think he even took it with him when he moved to South Korea. Enjoy!
