1) You can say to your son, "That IS a volcano."2) A "typical" $300K home does not have AC.
3) Lisa can push-mow the entire yard in 11 minutes flat.
4) You can not legally pump your own gas. (So, at least you get some service to go with the high prices!)
5) Your mailbox is one of 16 located down the hill. And this is your mail-carrier's municipally owned vehicle...

Somehow I would picture that mail truck fitting in more here IN the midwest than in Oregon. YEE-HAW!
Sure glad you are feeling at home in OR. We miss you here in "THE MID-WEST"!! It is nice to know what is going on in your family. Thank you for taking the time to keep us informed. Have you found a good church to worship and fellowship with and share these stories?
